Jason began his career with Echo Lake Foods 13 years ago creating bread and roll products.  Soon after he began creating new products for Echo Lake Foods entire product line offering. He is a 4th generation baker, who was born and raised around food manufacturing, and has achieved numerous certifications through the American Institute of Baking.  With 20+ years’ experience in baking cakes, pastries, breads, rolls, and other innovative food products, he is a great asset to the Echo Lake team.
